Decentralized observation and control
This research action aims at studying problems of observation and control
in a distributed setting: instead of a single observer or controller, there
are many such agents which monitor or control a plant at the same time.
Each of them has partial information
about the plant, and this is what makes the problem difficult.
In fact, undecidability is common in such settings.
For the moment, we are still at the point of trying to identify the
fundamental computational limitations.
